Tailored Service

O We pad and wrap each furniture item at pick-up and unwrap at delivery, in the homeowner’s presence

O We spread blankets in high-traffic areas to protect flooring and carpet

O We willingly rearrange existing furniture until the customer is satisfied with the location of the new   piece

O We provide on-site furniture assembly
 

Handling

O Our trucks and trailers are clean and well-equipped with pads, dollies and the tools needed for your move and/or delivery needs

O We pack the trucks to guard against harm from jiggle and load shifting

O We are insured for $1,000,000 in general liability and utilize cargo insurance for loading, unloading and in-transit


Documentation

O As an optional convenience to dealers, we can collect our service fee directly from the purchasing customer as a COD item

O We provide invoices to the store and/or client, including copies of damage manifests, if applicable
